While pricing your home properly is a key aspect of selling your home, having a representative capable of actually selling your home is probably more important. I interviewed several agents prior to listing my home, and Shannon was the only agent that was not recommending a low ball price just to make the sale easy for the agent. We finally decided to list the home at the upper end of the price range we both agreed was the sellable range of the home, and Shannon sold the home in about 2 weeks! Shannon walked around our home and pointed out a few things we could do to help it show a little better. She even put her own wreath on the door! The house was under contract in three days and less than a month later we didn't own the house anymore. Things really coudn't have gone any better! Shannon really knows how to get the job done.
