I first met Brian when I was looking for a condo in 2001. I had emailed him my requirements and he had four condos to show me. He just learned that another condo had come back on the market the morning I was in Breckenridge. And while it did not exactly meet all my specs he recommended it might still serve the needs I wanted. It was a great find and with the help of his knowledgeable advise concerning a fair offer of $15,000 blow the asking price I bought it. Thus when it came time to sell my condo I turned to Brian for a market evaluation. I was surprised to find that his evaluation was $285,000. I was skeptical but remembering his good guidance ten years earlier concerning my offer to buy the condo I said list it. He had a virtual tour photographed of the unit that when I saw it made me think, "gosh I should buy that condo!"
