When mother and I started looking at open houses were just went to look at these homes and were going to wait to get serious about finding a realtor and finding a home till a few months later since couldn't move till end of year but when going to one of Shannon's open houses we took a business card or flyer and a few days later decided to use Shannon as our realtor. Shannon sat down with us wanted to know what we were looking for and started to look immediately. Shannon wasn't ever pushy or ever felt rushed, she was very patient and gave opinions or adviced when asked questions and was honest. Shannon was very patient taking time to explain things I didn?t understand throughout the entire process of looking for a home and when finding the home to purchase. When I had any questions regarding the house or other items she got the answers to the questions. She went above and beyond any other realtor that I have had or heard of. Example when we had to post pone our closing date, she found out the issues of postponing and took action getting professionals out to the property immediately. Shannon was very flexible, when mom and I wanted to get into the house to take measurements she was able to get us in and if she wan't available she had Jim Christli come to assist us. Also when needing signatures for certain forms she has this system where we don't need to meet in person, I could have it done online, which this makes it nice (very time saving). I contacted Shannon when my wife and I decided to purchase a lot in Fargo. I wasn't going to use a realtor...thankfully I did, she found out that the lot next to me was going to be a pump station. I was in the process of buying my first home and was working with a different realtor for the first few months of looking. The realtor that I was working with at the time I thought was a very good one until about the third or fouth house we looked at. I dont think she had the patience for my wife and I. Shannon and Jim took the time to look around the FM area through smaller towns and even drove 30 miles away to look at a few houses that they probably knew we wouldnt like. When we would look through some of the houses that we picked out, Jim was very honest on his opinion on the house and seemed like he wasnt just out for the sell, but was out for the buyers best interest. I felt very comfortable working with both of them through the process of looking and the process of closing. They have a very good online system that works great narrowing down what you want out of a house, price range and area that you want to live in. Shannon was excellant. She made the selling of our old home and the purchase of our new home a breeze. She was very knowledgable about every step in the process.
