I was a very disappointed with Tammy Frazier because in my opinion, she is not a professional realtor. I originally tried reach other realtor where the name was showing on the house I was interested. When I was sending an e-mail to different person, she was responding my e-mail and willing to help me. She sounded a very nice. I saw the house and I was interested it. She told me I need documentation from bank and which it took me a few days to get it. She said she wanted to meet me at 6:00 pm to sign the contract and I have to pay earnest money for $1,000. She sent to me the contact via e-mail prior to we meet. At 6:00 pm, I invited my brother-in-law who would like to see the house, too. He supposed to meet me the first day, but he missed it. He has to stop working and meet me at the site. I waited for her one hour, but she never showed up. I called her and left message, but she did not return my call. When I came home and checked my e-mail, she left an e-mail that ?We waited too long to put offer in there is 2 offers already on it only way of having a chance to win is to bid over asking price call me as soon as u get this i am n my car? I think she should call me and tell me. This way we do not have to wait for her. In my opinion, she is not acting as professional. Tammy is all about her job. I called her on weekends and nights to ask questions she always answered and if she didn't she always called me right back. One of a kind realtor, she is the definition of realtor if you ask me. If we were to change the dictionary she would be the definition of realtor.!!!

I went through 3realtor until I met Tammy called her at about 7;30 pm on a Friday emailed her at least 5 houses I wanted to see met with her that Sunday and I am now a home owner every email,text, and phone call was answered within 30mintues I have introduced her to a coworker and family members. Thanks Tammy you are truely the best.

Our experience has been extremely positive. She made us feel like we were her only client. She made things happen at the drop of a hat and was straight-forward in her knowledge. We remain quite impressed at her tireless ambition and love of the realty business. If the need arised, we would definately contact her again.
