Charlene was amazing. We had stumbled upon her a year before we actually started our house hunt and she remembered us and kept in contact. We had a couple of weeks to find a house and she was there every step of the way. She took us to tons of homes, ones we had found and ones she thought would be a good fit for us. She was honest about what she thought about the homes and if they would be right for us. She is genuine and sincere. While the deal fell through, Charlene did everything in her power and went the extra mile to try to make it happen. We were quite impressed.
