Tom was a fantastic agent on both the buying and selling side. His negotiating skills and market knowledge helped us purchase a wonderful new home for 5% less than the asking price. We made a conscious decision to purchase a new home before selling, which can lead to a few nights without sleep. Tom's cool demeanor and years of experience made the selling process almost worry free. He was able to set an asking price for our home that was fair and that would allow us to sell our home in a short time frame. Tom was SUCH a treat to work with. Always repsonsive, no matter the time of day or day of week.
