We were relocating and the challenge was for my wife, our seven month old baby, and myself to travel to the Flint metro area on a Thursday, get acquainted with the region as we had never been there before, see some houses, make an offer, negotiate it, inspect the property, and get back home Tuesday safe,sound and happy. I did not think it would be possible. Beth: "Challenge accepted" Not only was she more than up to the challenge, she delivered results flawlessly and we are extremely happy to find a wonderful home in a beautiful setting. The prep Prior to our arrival Beth was very responsive and kept us in the loop about the planning process. Beth's referrals for loan providers and inspectors were outstanding and we have had excellent experiences with both servicers. She outlined the plan for our search in advance, insuring that there were no surprises upon our arrival in Flint and making sure we took full advantage of our trip. The arrival and search Beth welcomed us with a folder including all the houses we were going to see and on which days. Despite structuring our trip in a detailed manner she was also extremely flexible when we had to change plans due to our baby's needs (during a weekend nonetheless). She made every effort to reschedule when needed and most of the time succeeded in doing so. In identifying our future home, Beth was also outstanding. Although she will remind you often that she is no inspector, she has a keen eye for spotting previous damage to the home, potential leaks, and other assorted quirks. The selection Once we were down to our top homes Beth made sure that we were able to go back into those homes to aid our decision making process. There is a number of things a person can identify the second time around and these final visits were extremely helpful (especially for us being first time home buyers). Once we decided on a home and made an offer we had no problems bringing in an inspector right away as Beth had helped us line one up before hand. Current status We are currently getting our loan ready and we will update the review once the closing process is finished. We needed to move from Florida to Michigan immediately.Since we would be in Mi on the fourth of July week it was not easy to find a realtor. One didn't return our call, one couldn't do it because of the holiday. We called Remax, again we got a respond going out of town, but they referred us to BETH. Beth agreed to help us. After talking & emailing back everyday, when we arrived Sunday night Beth wanted to know what time we wanted to get started Monday morning.Beth had our days mapped out. On day two we thought we found our house BUT rode around all day on the 4th looking at houses and even though we had an agreement to take the fouth off, Beth still returned all of are calls & text's.We would highly recommend Beth if you want to buy or sale. She has so much knowledge of every aspect of the process. She goes above & beyond . She helped us out with Insurance qoutes, referred bussinesses, helped us get our carpet installed. Oh I failed to mention that we had a bad storm & were with out power but still went to her offfice & worked with flash lights to write a buyers agreement & she started negotiating & didn't stop till we were satisfied.
