I have never met  a more dedicated and hard working realtor such as Mira Gonzaga. It took me over a year and a half to find a home I liked  and Mira has been very patient with me making time for showings and researching over and over again. We had Mira serve as our buyer's agent when we were looking for a house in the Burbank area. We found her extremely helpful, being very flexible in organizing house visits with the sellers and being there herself, always at a time that best suited us. When it came to the purchase process, she was great at telling us exactly what we needed to do, making sure that the contract gave us the best terms possible, and chasing everyone to get all of the information we needed - without us even having to ask her. For instance, we were interested in whether the heating system in the house had a permit. Mira went to Burbank council for us and brought us copies of all of the permits they had on file for the house. She also continued to support us even after the sale had been completed. Very patient. Unlike many agents, Mira did not rush us. She showed us different properties and gave us information about the areas we looked into. She answered our queries quickly and never made us wait. She is knowledgeable about the processes involved in buying a home and guided us through it, making sure that we got the best deal.
