David Sajdak is great to work with ... very patient showed us many house for several months we must of looked at over 200 homes until we found the one we wanted ... he never gave up on us never complained ... keep an eye out for ones he thought we may like ..a new listing would come up and he would call us right away to look... he would answer all our question ... if he did not know something we asked about he would find out and let us know right away .... we were not the easiest to work with our list of things we wanted. I really hate providing reviews that seem contrived or overly done (ie: ridiculously complimentary), but in this case I'm so pleased with David Sajdak's efforts on my behalf that I'm pulling out all the plugs. Upon meeting David, I explained in detail what I was searching for in a home, and what my budget would allow. Later that same night, David had already found (and emailed me) information on 8 different properties which matched (or closely approximated) my needs. We initially placed a sealed bid on a condo (which we lost) and I wasn't too upset that it had failed because I felt I could do better. Four days later, David showed me a property (which I currently live in), that I knew was a perfect fit for me. It was a "HUD" home, and like our previous effort, required a sealed bid. I made no secret about my desire to win the bid on this property and encouraged David to bid substantially higher that the opening bid. But, David discouraged me from overbidding and told me that based upon his familiarity with the location and current values, that I could win the bid without going too far overboard. I had to wait 3 (nervous) days for the bid results, but David was spot-on right! I won the bid, got the property at a great price, and am still grateful I lucked into finding David to represent my interests.
