He overlooked important information and stopped replying me. it caused delay of making offer and seller withdrew the listing though not sure the property was sold or just cancelled. Eco Property run by Keith and his wife Karen is the most horrible one I have ever seen, in every meaning. (added after comment by Keith) Keith's story is totally false. i pointed out that their interpretation was false before they found it and they did not work for anything before my pointing out. moreover, they never tried to compensate the delay caused by their failure, though his wife was abnormally willing to blame client for things which can be easily covered if they were really good agents. to make matters worse, on the last phone call his wife bitterly blamed me, a client honestly communicated trying to compensate his failure on his budget and suggested alternative, which later turned out to be right alternative... All in all, their business is far from being honest?who on the earth with reputation of ?honest? attributes bad result to clients??? Less
