David Owens is the person to see if you are interested and ready to buy a home. He really knows the area and is ready to research any question that comes up. We purchased our home with David as him taking on the role of 'Buyer's Agent'. We live out of state and used email, txt messaging and FAX to communicate many times a day. As needed, David would go to the various houses we looked at to double check features we had forgotten about and promptly send us pictures he just took . Thanks to David's techie-ness, without even leaving our out of state home, we were able to close the deal remotely using Apple's FaceTime on our phone. It was just like being there. David is a wealth of useful information when it comes to finding someone to do things like inspections, repairs, maintenance etc. We would have been lost without him knowing who to contact and trust. Great guy, too, never lost his composure or cheerful point of view. .Negotiated a notoriously stubborn seller's agent to a price way below their breakeven point (negotiation skills super). responded to my every request, including "reading me" so closely that each of the final 2 or 3 places could have been my "favorite". I was in need of a house real fast after a separation with my ex-wife.
