He always returned our phone calls, text messages emails within minutes of us sending them. When we started our search, he was very organized, knowledgeable and understood our needs. At the beginning of 2012, my wife and I were looking to purchase a home and found out about Bobby from a friend over 17 years. We didn't know where to start when choosing an agent so it was nice to have someone you trust give a good recommendation. One Saturday, Bobby reached out to us (my friend gave him my number with my permission) and wanted to know if I had any questions. He was not pushy and very positive from the get-go. He put us on lists with our specific home requirements in areas all over San Diego County from the luxury of an iPad after work. The site would allow us to make comments on our time and Bobby would ask if we wanted to see the homes. In one instance, when he wasn't available, he even set up a showing with his mother - also a real estate agent. In this instance, time was of the essence since the home was a short-sale. After expressing our interest in the listing, Bobby immediately went to work to get our offer in with the sellers agent. They already had received offers but Bobby was able to get our offer accepted and negotiate a price less than the listing! We were shocked as this was the first and only offer we put on a home but we knew we wanted that one. All in all the shortsale took approximately 6 months due to issues outside of Mr. Graham's control. However, he would provide updates, even at times when there wasn't much of an update. I found a condo in UTC/La Jolla on Zillow late one evening and pinged Bobby to get more info. and he responded within 10-15 minutes and got me a look at the unit I was interested in the very next day and took the opportunity to show me 2 others he thought I may be interested in. We ended up putting an offer out for the condo I initially contacted him about and even though the owner responded positively he continued to show me highly relevant properties, as a hedge against unpredictable behavior by the seller, until we agreed on a deal. He lives UTC, is from Southern California and while I think most real estate agents just want to "close a deal" I felt like he did a good job remaining objective and making sure I didn't get tunnel vision on the first place I looked at (it was the first place I looked at through him but I had been looking for a year). He is young, enthusiastic and motivated, and seems more interested in earning his moniker "the real estate man" than closing a single deal, if I have any criticism it is only that he got a little salty with my finance people but considering the professionalism he displayed in all other aspects of the transaction I chalk it up to youthful enthusiasm. Bobby Graham and his partner Loren are two very dedicated real-estate agents. I was first very impressed by Bobby's responsiveness. Out of all the real estate agent that I contacted, he is the only one who actually contacted me back promptly and was more interested about what I wanted than what he had to sell. I met Bobby on the Street as he was picking up signs for his open house. Bobby was very friendly and after taking my contact information contacted me back, which is more than I can say for half the real estate agent I met. After selecting properties that matched my interest, Bobby worked around my rather inflexible schedule and help me view dozen of houses in my area at very odd hours of the day (7-9pm?). In that regard I think that his flexibility and willingness to work around my schedule were capital. After visiting a few houses Bobby helped me through the bidding process for a few houses that were undergoing foreclosure and short sale. From what I collected from my friends many agents simply refuse to work these types of sell. Furthermore, the process was very smooth thanks to the fact that he used online service to carry documents and for signing them. This did considerably help speed up the process. Bobby drafted proposal that met my personal situation and was not afraid to bid on very low prices (which is not necessarily in his best interest). Finally escrow went very smoothly. I was probably on the phone with Bobby every day and he was really candid about answering my questions or finding answers to them. The escrow could have been closed in about 3 weeks thanks to booby?s diligence in pushing everything forward, though thanks to booby?s advice delaying it by 1.5 weeks helped me pocket a very large tax credit). Furthermore, bobby did a great job at the negotiation, and worked hard to help me buy a house 8% below market price (which is awesome on such a low market). After the purchase Bobby and Loren both helped me get settled in my new home and helped me with some of the large amount of question I had due to being a new home owner (insurance, home warranty etc.).
