We were about to close on a house until we found out they had a second mortgage in which they failed to tell anybody about that killed the deal. Lisa was back out the very next day with us searching once again. 20 or so houses later and we found the one for us. But, once again stupidity followed on the seller?s side. We almost lost another house and in came Super Lisa who figured it all out and actually paid for our loan extension. You tell me one other realtor that would do that for a client. Trusting, reliable, and straight up great at her job does not even begin to describe our dealings with Lisa. She was great with us, stellar with our kids (yes we had to take our small children along to look at houses), and her knowledge and understanding of the buying and selling process is second to none. I know I would not have been able to do it without them.
