Rich is one of the best realtors in all of south florida. It had taken us 2 years to try and find a home and we had been dealing with realtors who just didnt know what they were doing. Rich also has some pretty good knowledge about renovation projects and goes above and beyond your average realtor. Would recommend him to anyone trying to buy a house in this tough economy.
