5,000 stars is what I would like to rate them with. Above & beyond does not come close to explaining the service or commitment I received from Kevin & Dawn Hammond. My personal issues with this property was a nightmare but no matter how bad it got Kevin & Dawn continued to come up with answers to every problem. They never gave up on me or the property. I wish I could say the Hammonds were nicely compensated for all their hard work but the truth is no amount of money was worth this listing and all the problems that went with it. They could have dumped me and I would have understood, but they didn't. By the time we went to close it was about serving the customer not getting the paycheck. Kevin and Dawn were both helpful, knowledgeable and some of the most sincere people I've had the pleasure in dealing with. They helped my wife and I find the home we both were happy with. They worked hard to help us through the entire home buying process. Even going above what I expected out of them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
