We contacted Linda in August,2012 to help us find an Oceanfront condo. She showed us a variety of condos, and helped us quickly narrow down what we were looking for by October. She has sold my house and is selling me a house to me. We went through two houses with inspections Linda and I together as a Realtor and Buyer. Unfortunately, I had to turn-down the offer do to the inspection report. However, she happened to find me either just as good of a house or a better house for the same price or lesser price. Good person to work with, and will call you back.

Linda has excellent communication and follow through skills. However, we were disappointed in her in a couple of ways. First of all, the condo we almost bought was under pending litigation with the neighboring Homeowners Association and that was not disclosed to us until a few days before closing. We beleive that she knew that much earlier than we found out about it (we had decided to buy the property 3 months before but the buyer lived out of state and needed time to get their things out of it). Fortunately, we were able to legally get out of buying it as much as we wanted it because that pending litigation was not disclosed by the seller or the seller's agent. However, Linda still pushed us hard to go through with buying the condo despite unresolved litigation against the condo association. Our real estate attorneys said that we should not do that until it was resolved since we couldn't know what our financial liability might be once the case was resolved. On the flip side, it took us ~2 1/2 months to get our deposit back and Linda go to bat for us to get that significant money back. So, thank you again, Linda. Subsequently, she found a Short Sale condo she really wanted us to pursue but we told her repeatedly that our real estate attorney relatives told us to avoid any Short Sales which we communicated to her. Ms.Sicotakis worked very hard in a difficult market to sell our home at a fair price. She is an excellent negotiator and although she's relatively new in real estate, her background in mortgage/bank financing was excellent so between her real estate knowledge and bank expertise she was able to market and sell our home in a fairly short time.
