Ron was very knowledgeable about the house and the construction in general of the house he showed us. He explained the importance of certain materials used in construction, whether anything will have to be replaced, etc. Unfortunately I could not work more with Ron, because I ended up in a new construction, but would definitely recommend him to home buyers, especially if you are buying for the first time.

I found Ron to be very thorough in all that he does. He handled both the listing and sale of a house for me and the purchase of another one. When writing up an offer on the house I was buying, he found several things that had not been completed correctly by the listing agent and made sure everything was completely filled out when my offer was submitted.
