We were still in Florida we found the house online, had David look at it, he took care of every detail even things we didn't think of, he went way beyond the call of duty, he would go to the house and check things out for us, he knew we didn't know anyone here so he just handled everything.. I would have to say he is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, he still know what it take to be a realtor.. Mr Vincent is very good at what he does. He was extremely accomodating in helping us become familiar with the Phoenix area (including all the subburbs). The area that we bought in was not an area that he was familiar with at the time but he did his research and was able to answer all my questions. And I would say he knows the area very well now. He is very honest and reliable. If we had a question that he didn't have an answer for he would use his resourses to find it promptly. He guided us through all the paperwork and in's and out's of making our offer. He gave advice but was never pushy. He made sure it was about us and what we wanted and were comfortable with. I worked with David for just about a year; it took us about 9 mouths to find a house that had what I like and was looking for. David must have looked at a million houses over that time, till I found 2 or 3 I liked. After we found a few and David was able to negotiate a great price and closing cost and able to fix the small things though the bank. I would recommend him and if I buy again I would have him as my restate agent again.

David was a huge help in my 1st home purchase. He was very quick in answering ALL of the questions I had. He responded to all texts/emails/calls within the hour, and always made time to show me homes!! I went through 3 agents before finding David, he was the only one who could keep up with my property search!! My family and I will continue to use David in all of our future sales and purchases!!
