We recently purchased our first home, and Belinda was an excellent person to help us do so. She was very patient in showing us many homes, of varying styles and locations, as we weren't sure just what we wanted. As the process continued, she was able to get a clearer picture of what we desired in a home (almost before we knew), and she was able to point out things that were lacking in some properties, and steer us in the right direction. She was flexible with our schedules and made herself available to meet with us, often the same day we requested! We never had to wait for a response, as Belinda would call/e-mail/or even text us back within minutes or the hour of us asking a question. Belinda is very knowledgeable in the real estate field and walked us step by step through the purchase agreement, explaining the language and terms. When we looked at the home that we decided to buy, Belinda's words struck me, "I like this home for you." This really showed that she cared about us as her clients, and was working with our interests in mind. Belinda met us on a holiday to write up our final offer for our home, and stayed in touch with us through the long wait for response from the seller's bank (as it was a short sale). We did not know the area at all, so we wanted to look at homes all over the place (Superior, Duluth, South Range, you name it). We contacted Belinda prior to our trip and she scheduled everything in advance. Then over several days she showed us several dozens of properties that we wanted to see. And we finally found the right one! Sure, we had our frustration moments but she kept us optimistic. What helped the most was that during the entire process she was patient, understood our needs, stayed on top of things, and returned our calls and e-mails within minutes/several hours at most. Our transaction was very stressful and drawn out, and there were quite a few times that we just wanted to say "forget it" and pick a different house, but Belidna kept telling us that everything was going to work itself out and we would get the house.
