I was looking to buy a vacation condo that could also serve as an investment property. Initially, I started watching properties in the New Smryna area on my own and contact Carl about a property he had listed. Unfortunately, the property listed had just sold(good sign), but in talking about the property he offered his services without any contract or requirement to buy through him. He just asked for a chance to prove himself and an opportunity to show me what he can do. Not even having agreed from my part, he set me up a link and forwarded all of the proprieties that meet my search criteria. Using the list he compiled, I selected a rather large grid of potential properties which covered a variety of complexes in the area. Carl then went to work and set everything up.
