We used Gina as our buying agent, and I have nothing but regret that she got the commission from the sale of our house. The level of professionalism I have experienced in the past just wasn't there. She openly discussed pricing in front of family members who should not have heard it (none of their business!), which infuriated me, barely sent us any listings to look at, we had to find 95% of them, she was rude, tactless, and insulting a few times towards my husband, and she forgot to send paperwork to our lender, which we found out day before closing. Talk about a nightmare. Lastly, a pet peeve that never got better, she constantly took phone calls without even asking if it's OK or excusing herself. She even took a phone call while we were in the middle of closing, and didn't step out either! I would never, ever, ever recommend Gina. Less
