Unlike the other Realtors that we contacted about listings, Carlos returned our phone calls promptly. He showed homes to us that we requested to see promptly. When he was out-of-town his associate let us ijnto properties that we requested to see, promptly. This demonstrates a good working relationship with his associates. If he did not know something about the properties or the process, his ego did not get in the way of admitting he did not know and ultimately finding out what he needed to know.l This domonstrates that he is open to learning new things.
