He sent us listings from our criteria and spent several weekends showing us complexes. He told us first you find the complex you like and then the unit. On our second or third visit to look Jamie took us to Camdenton to show us several complexes. The first one was Cedar Glenn and it became the complex we chose. Jamie spent many hours with us showing us units and helping us with the purchase. He is very dedicated and great to work with. My wife and I are from Illinois and we were in the market for a house and a condo, and Jamie spent a day showing us areas around Camdenton that we didn't know about. We bought a condo a week later and Jamie was great getting us the pictures we needed & negotiating on our behalf to make sure the deal closed smoothly. The next step is getting our house sold in Illinois and getting our house bought in Missouri, and we will certainly use Jamie for that purchase also.
