I felt that he listened well to our needs. We unfortunately are now not in the position to buy. He was helping us search. He offered to come to our house and give his opinion as to what if anything should be addressed before putting it on the market. But, as I said, we are no longer looking. We did look at quite a few properties with him. Always asked what we liked, didn't like about it. Never pushy--wish I appreciated. I would recommend him.
