Very 'odd situation' dealing with older parents, and adult children, trying to 'get a good deal' and finally having to work with Fannie Mae. Jack was informed, what he 'said' would be the difficulty working with Fannie Mae, WAS the problem. He was kind, helpful, and did an excellent job helping us through all the 'negotiations'. Jack was the only realtor to call or email about on-line properties; he would update our "wish list', and kept us in mind. Unfortunately, the property didn't work out for us, but Jack Tezak was very knowledgeable and informative. Yes, we would recommend him to prospective home buyers.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a property in the Lake of the Ozarks Area. I had been refered by freinds in the Lake area to different Real Estate Agents. Jack being one of them. I had tried one of the other Realtors before Jack and I couldn't get them to listen. If I wasn't going to buy what they wanted to sell me they just were not interested. In fact one of the properties we were shown on November 8th and were interested in making an offer on pending the Realtor getting back with us on a simple one call clarification never happened because now 2 months late I still haven't had a returned call. Jack wasn't like that. I ran into Jack at the local auction house one evening. Within 30 minutes of our conversation he had went in and borrowed the auction house's computer and had listing for me to look at. He set up appointments for the next morning early since he took into account I needed to leave by noon that day. We looked a several houses and when he heard me state on one that I liked it and it might work he didn't pressure me for an offer and continued to show me the other properties. When we came to the one we purchased and walked in he could see my vision of what could be done with the property. Jack again gave me time to go home and talk with my wife. When we decided for her to see the houses I was thinking about Jack once again made appointments that would fit our time frame. As we looked at both properties Jack was very helpful in telling us about the areas both were located in things he saw that were good and problems I would not have known about. We went back home and a few days later called Jack to present an offer. Jack made the process easier than any other property purchase I have ever done. We were able to do everything via email. Jack was even able to coordinate the home inspection with a time we could travel down to be there and still meet closing deadline. Since closing Jack has taken the time to make sure everything was going as it should. He has offered information on various contrators and service providers in the area saving me many hour of time and hundreds of dollars in expense. Jack is more than my Realtor he is a person that through this all I am proud to call him my Friend. As I have time I will be working with Jack on more Property. We looked at a repo home and made an inquiry.later that day I was informed it had a contract.the agent offered no more options on this home.later I was looking at the home again on the internet and did a second inquiry with Jack.with Jack we put our offer on the home and won the bid.We had issues with a gas leak and live out of town- Jack went to the home several times to make sure all problems were solved before we closed.Jack did a super job for us and I would Highly recommend him for any home buyers or sellers in the lake area.
