Brendan was very innovative in coming up with a solution to a problem that had been brought up many times regarding the home we were selling and the fact there was church next to the home that was built before the home was built. . We had listed house with two other realtors who were unsuccessful in getting an offer. Before we selected Brendan we interviewed several realtors and not one had any suggestion or ideas on our biggest problem, the church next door. He was very interested in the history of the home, the neighborhood and the family who lived there 50+ years and why there was this problem with the church being next door to the house. He had a suggestion, we did what he said, and we believe that was the appropriate approach to respond to he concern about the church. The buyers were willing to take advise.
