He was very proactive, setting realistic expectations, flexible with appointments and times when he needed to be, available, reliable. He knew we were on a tight schedule when we came to look at houses in Dallas. He started proactively searching and filtering listings for us and proactively updated that list almost till the morning of our appointment. He kept us updated on all the events as and when they occurred over the weekend when we did finally make two offers. He was very respectful of our constraints and time. Our search was pretty slow moving at first because we were trying to sell our current house, but Paul always went out of his way to meet with us and go through our list of houses to visit. I think what I most appreciated was that he 'scouted' out many of the houses before we even looked at them. This was really very helpful and allowed us to prioritize the houses we wanted to visit. All in all, he went out of his way to work around our schedule, even if it meant a lot of communication on the weekends or evenings, he was quick to respond to inquries, he knew the area very well - which was great because we did not -, and I never felt like he was using some 'pushy' sales technique.
