Tony worked his butt off for us and got us into the home we wanted for the price we wanted. He was in constant communication with us and always let us know what was going on. Great guy! He's lived in the area for years, so his knowledge of real estate in the area is vast. I would work with him again, and I would recommend him highly for anyone who is in the market to buy or looking to sell.

Tony was the listing broker on my property. After I fired him for lack of responsiveness -- he failed to return phone calls and emails in a timely manner -- I learned from several other realtors that they had called and left messages with Tony because they had buyers who were interested in seeing the property. He did not return any of their phone calls. I learned he has a reputation among realtors for just such antics. His motive? He wants to find buyers for his own listings so he doesn't have to split the commission with other realtors. In a word, this is called "greed." His job was to sell my property, but his greater calling was lining his pocket with a full commission. We recently had the opportunity to work with Tony looking for a new home. We did not find Tony very well informed about real estate overall and we had significant issues getting him to fully disclose deficiencies, structural issues and many other problems in a home that he knew about. These are significant ethical issues and we will be reporting him to the state. There are too many good agents in the area, no need to deal with this guy.
