I have simply attached the letter I wrote to Pam's broker. I think it says it all! 1/19/12 Dear Mr. Hubbard, Enclosed please find a commission check for Pam Eddy for the recent lease transaction she closed for me. I would just like to make sure that you are aware of what a gem you have on hand with Pam Eddy as an associate in your office! This is my 2nd transaction with Pam, and both times not only did she do her job, but Pam performed to the highest degree by going ?above and beyond? to make sure that I didn?t have to worry about anything. And as you can imagine, since I live across the country in California, not having to worry about anything means I can sleep at night knowing my property is being taken care of the same way I would. Both transactions were just rental home leases, but Pam handled them as if she was making a million dollar home commission.
