Jonathan assisted me by emailing me a list of homes within the areas. What I really liked about him was "he didn't pestered me". I'm sure you understand what I'm talking about. He told me when I was ready just to give him a call or if I needed more listings to let him know. He set-up appts to view homes and he was honest enough when I asked him for an opinion. Even though, he would lose a sell, he was honest. My price range for a home wasn't high, but he still assisted me I thought like everyone else. If I had questions, I would email, text or call and receive a reply in a timely manner. If he didn't know an answer to one of my questions, he wouldn't bull-shit about it. He would say "Don't know but will let you know the answer." I would hear from him with a reply to my question. Jonathan, I would think is a little shy but easy going individual. He also has lots of patience. I recommend the buyer to get pre-approved prior to seaching for homes so you have a price range to start with.
