We lived in Omaha and moved to Wake Forest in April. In mid March, I came to North Carolina to look for houses with Barbara. Barbara devoted several hours for 4 days for my house search. Would definitely recommend Barbara and have! She spent many hours helping us search for just the right home. Very difficult because we were out of state and moving to NC. She was WONDERFUL!! Barbara is the best agent that anyone could ask for. She helped us purchase a house in the Knightdale area. Me and my wife are very picky and we had a hard time deciding on a house, anything I liked she didn't, anything she liked I didn't. During this time Barbara was extremely pleasant and ever forgiving our pickiness. We saw around 37 houses before it was all over. We did find a home we liked more then anything else. The only problem is that it was over $25k higher then our max. Through negotiations the sellers came close but didn't quite meet our goal. While we looked into other properties Barbara continued to work with the sellers to get us a better deal. She was able to bring the price down to within $4k of our max, get us closing costs and new appliances. Even still she was able to negotiate a lower interest rate which brought our payments to under our budget. During the closing process she was as vigilant as always. Sending us updates and keeping in touch. Being a former builder she knew what to look for during the inspection and walk through.
