Mike is the kind of Realtor who makes you wish that the grading scale went one star higher. He brought this wonderful home to our attention and when if was bid on by someone else before we had the chance he notified when that sale fell through and we got our turn. we close tomorrow and Mike has been there for us the whole way, dealing with Bank, VA, and HUD.
