Karen provided me a list of homes in the communities I specified, and we began the process of communicating via email to discuss properties. I was reluctant to engage the mortgage broker she recommended as I had already received a approval letter for a sum twice the amount I had set as a limit. Karen provided me one MLS detail file on a home, and I wrote back listing several others that I was interested in. I included a caveat in my email that I didn't want to over-extend my use of her services since we had not yet met. I have sent two subsequent emails over a two week period with no response. I feel I must have asked too much, but don't understand why she couldn't simply tell me the limits of her services pending our formal introduction. I felt this lack of communication was unacceptable as all buyers need questions addressed, so will take my purchase elsewhere. Less

Karen was wonderful in helping us find a condo. She anticipated our needs, handled all the paperwork, and even caught a mistake in the closing papers. Overall I would highly recommend her! PS This was a short sale, so she is proficient on that aspect as well.

Karen is AWESOME!! She was there every step of the way. None of my ferquent questions bothered her, and she answered all communications almost instantly. She is very knowledgeable about the area, and was extremely honest about the homes we looked at. She didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't like, and there was never any pressure.
