I worked with Lisa Sutton, who was excellent from the beginning. She sent me a million links to properties that fit my needs, and was able to quickly schedule appointments to see the properties. When I found the one I wanted, she was quick about getting the offer put in, and even called me at 10PM (with my permission) with the seller's counter-offer. She called on weekends to negotiate the contract, and went above and beyond to make sure the property was able to meet the appraiser's requirements. When it was found out that the sellers were having some health issues, she worked hard to make sure that we were able to move up the closing so that nothing would complicate the purchase. I was never in the dark about what was going on, and never had to wait very long to get a response to my questions for her.
