This is the second time in two years that we have used Alane as our agent. The first was to buy (which went extremely well, she is so talented and professional) and the second to sell. Although there is so much to like about Alane, there are a few things that stood out in our second go around. Alane's professionalism is second to none. When she says that she is on your side, she means it...and then some! From paper work, to showing properties, to knowledge and expertise of the area and clients, she has it all. Alane's availability is off the charts. Her work ethic is impressive and she is willing to do whatever it takes to make the deal work, even at great expense to herself. Alane's personal care is maybe her best trait. She is more of a friend than a agent to us. Sharing stories, her listening to our needs and desires, shows that she knows how important each deal is to those involved. We felt special each step of the way. When we met Alane, she said she would be our agent 24/7. Little did we know that she was not exaggerating. On viewing days we were up early looking at potential homes to buy. A couple of days she was at our hotel at midnight going over negotiating strategies eventually inking an offer. Whenever I have a question, no matter what day or what time it is, she is accessible. Alane was our realtor for the purchase of our first home over 20 years ago and we were delighted to get to get to work with her for our most recent home purchase in March, 2012. Alane is a big part of why I am sitting in the kitchen of my new home writing this review! I'm glad I found her on Zillow and I would heartily recommend her to anyone looking for or selling a home in the area. My wife and I first met Alane as we were casually searching for homes in the Stillwater area. We drove by a home (the one we ended up purchasing), saw her realtor sign and gave her a call expecting to just catch her voicemail. Alane answered our call and met us at the property in 5 minutes! We were blown away by this first impression, and it continued throughout the process. Alane listened to our desires for our home, was conscientious our time and schedule, and gave us an incredible amount of personal attention...even in the midst of her busy schedule and many clients. We always felt significant and saw her constantly going the extra mile to keep us informed of any updates.
