They had vast knowledge of the Jacksonville area and areas that I was seeking my home in with my wife. Very friendly and always put me first. Both Jennifer and Ashley were extremely knowledgeable about how the "realtor" system works for both short sales and foreclosures. I ended up getting a foreclosure with Jennifer, for a really good price! Her negotiation skills were far above average and when ever I needed something she was ALWAYS there for me. The other few realtors I had prior to this couple were far below average and always seemed like they just wanted to force a sale on me so they could make there money and run. Total opposite with Jennifer, she was very patient with me and my wife and kept on digging until we found the property perfect for my family. Ashley and Jennifer as a team efficientally are able to service both buyers and sellers. They have been very responsive to changing markets and are agressive to insure transactions stay on track from contract to close.

I called Ashley, whose knowledge of the market surpassed anyone else I had spoken with and within 2 days my wife and I were negotiating terms on our new home! After a previously unsuccessful attempt to do a preforeclosure short sale and several denied mortgage modification requests, I listed my house with Jennifer in another attempt to execute a short sale. Jennifer researched he area market, suggested a price and explained the process completely including helping me to get the documents together to facilitate the process once we got an offer. From the point I engaged her, Jennifer and Dominque, the attorney who works with her, handled the whole process which greatly reduced my stress. All I had to do was clean the house & vacate for a few hours when there was a buyer visiting. Two visits to Starbucks later, we had an offer for the asking price in this terrible economy! Regretfully, the bank didn't accept the offer. After another round of modification attempts, they allowed me to list the home again, I relised with Jennifer who has been aggresively looking for buyers for me including contacting previous prospects. Jennifer was great to work with. My wife and I were stressing out about the whole process but Jennifer was great. She was always calm and was able to answer any questions we had. She made her self available to us when ever we needed. She took what we expected to be a very stressful and long process and made it extremly easy and as stress free as possible. she found us a great home and we are very happy with the services the she provided.
