Rick determined exactly what our needs and expectations were and proceeded to exceed every single one of them. He had the uncanny ability to recognize when to give advice, when to offer alternatives, and when it was time for him to sit back and allow us to make a decision. There was never any pressure. When our home was ready to begin construction, Rick had extensive knowledge on how the process would work. "This is what's going to happen...You will probably see this. Don't worry about it. It's normal...If you see that, let me know and I'll handle it...I would suggest doing this. It will make things easier down the road...You should do this right away. you don't want to do it at the last moment." 5 stars does not do justice to the experience that we had with Rick. My wife and I walked through more than 30 homes with Rick before finding "the one". Of course, we wanted to move on it quickly ... however it was a foreclosure. For those of you who are familiar with these transactions, there's nothing "quick" about them... however in our case, Rick handled every aspect of this transaction and was an excellent "project manager" and advocate. We closed in a traditional 30 day window and got a screaming deal. I recommend Rick to my family, co-workers, clients and anyone who will listen to me when they mention purchasing a home. Less
