I contacted Sonya based on a very good review I found about her on the internet. Myself, and my wife worked with Sonya to look for a house in Overland Park, KS and our requirements were very specific as it was our third time to buy a house, and we knew exactly what we're looking for. She was very knowledgeable of the market and the different communities/neighborhoods and gave us valuable advices when looking at houses. Sonya was very flexible and always accommodated our busy work schedule, even brought us healthy snacks while looking at houses around the lunch hour. She also was very organized and kept track of all the houses we have seen and maintained for us two or three different searches based on different criteria. Sonya was a life saver. My wife and I were relocating to KS from Toledo, OH. I first found her on Zillow and contacted based on all of the positive reviews and am very glad I did. The thing that was most important to us was to find a realtor that we would work with directly and consistently. That is exactly what we got from Sonya. Since we were relocating long distance, we thought it would be a difficult process. It probably would have been if not for Sonya. She is an EXPERT in relocation. She immediately got us set up with the online database and helped us narrow down houses online.
