Ruthie provided a high level of knowledge and was very professional in her dealings with me. The unique nature of the house, particularly in today's market, necsseitated a creative approach to enable the sale. Also, we were not able to sell at a realistic price due, primairly, to the market but also to age and material makeup of the house (read, no plastic/vinyl and needed kitchen upgrade).
