Stacy helped us find our first house. She was very knowledgeable about the process from start to finish. We had searched around for a house about 6 months. She was very patient and attentive to our specific needs and very quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely be going back to her when we plan to sell the house.

We had previously listed with two other Realtors and she finally was able to come in, give us honest advice about our price and a few changes (not many!) to the place and got it sold in three months! It was not in an ideal location but she was persistent with the buyers who acted interested and even when financing for them became an issue, she assisted their REA, got them in contact with a good financial person and got the closed deal. But not only that, she helped us with our dream home! With four other offers on the house my husband coveted so much, she helped us be aggressive but fair for both us and the Seller so that we both felt good about the deal.
