Marshall has some of the best negotiation and closing skills, I have ever seen.

Nobody including me wants to be in this housing crisis. However, there comes a point, when you have to stop the bleeding and cut your losses. I am a small business owner with some assets, but the ecomony has decreased my business like everyone else. There is a lot of fear and bad information about the short sell process and banks coming after you for defiencies. I hired Marshall and his staff to short sell three properties. I also talked to several other realtors and attorneys also. Marshall was the only one who had ACTUAL EXPERIENCE of negotiating with the Banks(BofA and CITI). He had a pretty good idea of what to expect. All the others were just saying they had experience negotiating with the Banks, when actually they were just accepting what the bank had to offer and not fighting back! We were able to successfully short sell all three properties with NO foreclosures or NO defiency judgements.
