Buyers and sellers beware. You can expect slow feedback and not get any disclosures even if they are aware of them. Seems very untrustworthy. Negotiation style was poor and very unprofessional. Needed to call others to get information and bypass him because of his lack of attention. Seems like he has too many properties to keep all straight. Very unhappy.

Jon is very efficient and handles clients's concerns immediately. Jon's helped us find a new home that met our families wishes and desires. Jon has a can do attitude and a will do determination whether selling a home or representing the buyer. I would definitely recommend Jon to anyone who is looking for a home in the Toledo area.

Rude and curt man with little professionalism. Showed us one house, we didnt like it but then his assistant/secretary took our calls and he nevere returned them. Seems to be interested in big deals, gets a lot of work doing foreclosures but not to interested in telling the truth and responding. Claimed others were responsible for the things he (as the listing agent) needed to do in a timely manner. Doesn't always follow the "rules" realtors need to follow.
