Simon is an excellent realtor, he listed and sold my home with the sense of urgency required. My home sold within the first two days it was listed and even with the unplanned setback of a serious hailstorm he was able to get it closed in a timely manner. Simon was a fantastic realtor. He was very professional from the first meeting all the way through closing. He has a great advertising presence online which was crucial and provides professional photos for online tours. He also seemed well connected with other realtors and even our appraiser as he has been working a long time in this community. He did an open house and always placed ample printouts in front of our house. He showed our house a lot when other houses in our neighborhood were being shown maybe a third of the amount ours was. We felt very comfortable working with him. He was very willing to work around our schedule (we have 2 kids!) and was understanding when we had to change plans. He had great ideas for staging our house which enhanced each showing. He is often busy, which was evidence he did a good job and his other commitments never seemed to interfere with the priority of selling of our house. The ones who recommended him to us said he was probably the best realtor in the city--so he comes highly recommended. We would certainly agree with this recommendation.
