I contacted Maria Shaffer a couple of months ago by checking out her reviews on Zillow. I live in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. I had vacationed in the Bullhead City area of Arizona over a number of years and decided this year that myself and my wife would purchase a vacation Property. Maria sent us info on several possibilities which we short listed for our house hunting trip. We arrived in the area and met with Maria who showed us the Properties on our list. She actually went out of her way to have a colleague show us Properties we wanted to view on the other side of the River in Laughlin. NV. After two weeks of checking out Properties we were totally exhausted to say the least and couldn't find that special getaway Property. Having departed the area and back to Canada we continued to converse with Maria over the next short while. We had kinda given up on the idea when we received a call from Marie who indicated to us that she had found our Property, Without further a do she sent us a Dropbox of photographs with all the features of our new vacation home. Within the next 28 days or so we scanned documents back and forth to secure the Property and exchange all the necessary detail to obtain a secure title. The closing of the deal took place as planned without the slightest disruption. Her professional mannerism and high work ethic totally made this happen for us. Maria even made a home inspector available to inspect the premises on our behalf resulting in any defects corrected by professionals to our satisfaction. All these things were completed while we were thousands of miles away and we still receive her attention to detail in assisting us with summer-ing our place until we occupy it this fall. As you can see from this review, Maria has in our opinion gone above and beyond our expectations.
