Joanne was instrumental in helping us sell our home while also finding a new home in town. She was very flexible and professional especially in dealing with an incredibly difficult market for selling a home. Due to her efforts, we were able to move into a wonderful neighborhood in a home we love!

She sold my home quickly and then suggested I sell the lot separately since selling it with the house would not give me any more money. She contracted builders etc and sold it. Then she found us the condo we wanted making sure that the title was clear and the sale would be a good one for us to buy. She is very helpful and energetic and knowledgeable. She is a great person to have on your side and I would strongly recommend her to anyone.

I give Joanne high ratings because I have worked with her on four different occasions over a span of 8 years--buying land, selling land, selling a house, and buying a house. While I think there can be some great "one time" experiences, to have four real estate transactions happen in a positive way is a different thing. She is professional, personable, honest, and follows through.

Joanne worked with us to get the home ready for sale and she was a pleasure to work with. We sat down and discussed how to price the home and she explained everything to us very clearly. She was worth every penny of the commission. The house sold in about 8 weeks. I'm a fan.
