My experience listing my house with The Minteer Team was outstanding from beginning to end! My house sold in 21 days and there was not a single glitch in the entire process. The Minteer Team is highly professional and has this down to a science while simultaneously remaining friendly, personable and flexible. I have bought several homes and have sold more than 30 utilizing the Minteer Team over the last 6 years. Chris and her team know exactly what needs to be done to the house to sell it. They also market the homes very well. The inspection and closing process is flawless. They are very up on the market and price the homes very appropriately.
