Jim was very patient and helpful for us buying a new house in Royal Oak. We are building a new house so it was an atypical process and Jim was understanding, informative and accommodating (and very patient when I needed to see things multiple times!). Jim was the selling agent on a home he had improved that we purchased in July of 2011 on Leroy in Ferndale. The improvements were incredible. Completely changed the kitchen layout, returned all floors to their original dark wood, improved bathrooms and basement.
