Very attentive through the whole process

When my wife and I first thought about looking for a home in Florida, we were given Brian's name by a friend. Living in Canada, we knew we would need a real estate agent we could trust and would have to rely on to do a significant amount of leg-work for us to find the right home, in the right location, at the right price. From the first time we corresponded via e-mail and then spoke on the phone, I felt very comfortable with Brian and very confident in his abilities. More importantly we developed a good rapport immediately and I always felt as though Brian was always working with our best interests uppermost in mind. I received constant, informative reports from Brian who answered all my questions promptly and worked with us closely all the way through the purchasing process right down to helping us find an insurance agent after the property closed.
