Rich is great. We needed a suburban expert since the Realtor to sell our East Side Condo was a downtown expert and focused on that area only. We had a lot of needs with my wife going through pregnancy problems and timing for us was horrible in every way possible. We needed to find a place in the burbs to live and then close right away because we just sold the condo unit in Downtown and didn't want to move twice. Although our Realtor in downtown (different than Rich) had rentals for us to sit tight in, we would rather have not moved my pregnant wife twice; who by chance immediately had to go on bed rest the week we moved into our new suburban home.
