Todd Su recently sold a home in Casa Del Lago mobile home park for a senior relative of mine. He was atrocious. He did not disclose vital information about the park requirement even though he claims to be an expert in the park. He listed the home, with an almost 35% commission, without telling my relative she would have to make repairs to the home before the park would approve the sale. After she signed on the dotted line, he told another relative "wait until she finds out she's going to have to upgrade". It was "as is" but cost almost $6,000 in upgrades that by Mobile Home Residency Laws should not have been required. Todd did not represent us about this to the park staff because "he had to be concerned about this relationship with the park". He said this repeatedly to several people. Had he properly disclosed this upfront, the upgrades could have been done and reaped a better sales price. I would never recommend this man. SELLER BEWARE!! Less
